Yes, Gorge Road Dental accepts all major private health funds. You will receive a rebate towards your treatment, depending on your level of cover. If requested, we can provide a health fund estimate prior to commencing your treatment plan so you have a clear understanding of your expected out-of-pocket costs. We encourage patients to familiarise themselves with their level of cover and we will always help you maximise your available rebate.

Payment is required on the day of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card, and direct deposit can be arranged upon request. We process on-the-spot health fund rebates through our HICAPS system, so please remember to bring your private health fund card to your appointment.

Welcome to Gorge Road Dental — we look forward to meeting you. New, non-emergency patients are typically booked for a one-hour consultation with one of our experienced dentists. During this visit, we will discuss any concerns or goals you may have and perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, which may include dental X-rays if required.

We will then explain our findings and outline any recommended treatment options. Depending on your needs, treatment may be completed by one of our dentists, our Oral Health Therapist, or you may be referred to a trusted specialist where appropriate.
